NYT Alarm on HKU5 Virus! But it was used in 2014 for SARS from Laboratory built in North Carolina

Mainstream terrorism about Covid-19 has returned to prominence on RAI News in an attempt to relaunch the vaccination campaign recommended by the Meloni Government through the Minister of Health Orazio Schillaci who, like the Piedmont Region, finds himself in macroscopic conflicts of interest with the Big Pharma of mRNA gene serums financed by Bill Gates and the American Department of Defense.
“Alarm for a new respiratory virus in Russia, but the authorities deny it” was the headline yesterday on the government propaganda website of the national TV paid for by Italian citizens.
“The symptoms – high fever and blood in the sputum (phlegm) – could be due to an acute respiratory disease, the Russian Ministry of Health’s chief infectious diseases specialist Vladimir Chulanov told RIA Novosti, and do not indicate the presence of a ‘new virus’.”
RAI news reported, immediately denying the alarmist headline.
This comes as Britain’s leading medical journal BMJ has highlighted the news that « The administration of US President Donald Trump has cut a $2.6bn (£2bn; €2.4bn) grant to Gavi, the global vaccine alliance , also halting research into vaccines and antiviral drugs that aim to treat and prevent future COVID outbreaks and protect against a range of future viral pandemic threats».
“The COVID-19 pandemic is over,” said Andrew Nixon, the health department’s communications director. “[The department] will no longer waste billions of taxpayer dollars responding to a nonexistent pandemic that Americans overcame years ago.”
A few weeks ago, however, the world’s mainstream newspapers, from China to the West, had reported a new alarm: “Covid, new Coronavirus discovered in China: it is transmitted from bats to humans” was the headline on RAI News, echoing the South China Morning Post of Hong Kong and the New York Times.
Chinese Alarm on Human Contagion of “New” Covid Virus Strain
This very viral strain is the confirmation of the conspiracy between China and the USA on SARS-Cov-2 built in the laboratory starting from the funding of the European Commission in 2004
, then chaired by the Italian Romano Prodi, who just a few months ago financed, together with Gates and the Biden administration, a study to deny the artificial origin of the Covid-19 pandemic virus.
« Coronaviruses pose a significant zoonotic threat, with host adaptation serving as a key determinant of interspecies transmission. The bat-derived β-coronavirus HKU5 uses its spike (S) protein for receptor recognition and viral entry. Evolutionary and functional analyses indicate that mutations on the RBD can modulate receptor binding, while conservation and structural modeling suggest that HKU5 has the potential to cross the species barrier. Notably, we identify ACE2 orthologues in avian species, such as Pitta sordida, that support stable binding and interaction with the HKU5 RBD. These results provide molecular insights into the host adaptation of HKU5 and highlight the importance of surveillance for this virus and its zoonotic risk . »
This is what Xia et al. wrote in the summary of the study published on Cell BiorXiv (Source 1 ). by Chinese scientists from the Center for Infectious Disease Research of the Zhejiang Key Laboratory of Structural Biology, School of Life Sciences, Westlake University in Hangzhou, reporting the discovery of « a new coronavirus that, from bats, is transmissible to humans because it uses the same human receptor as Covid-19» thanks to research conducted «under the guidance of virologist Shi Zhengli, known as “batwoman” for her work on bat coronaviruses in the Wuhan laboratory» as reported by RAI News on February 21, 2025 (Source 2 ).
The researchers “stressed that careful monitoring of the virus is needed , but still warned that its potency is “significantly lower” than that of Covid-19 and “the risk of Hku5 -CoV-2 emerging in the human population should not be exaggerated”».
China-USA Bacteriological Conspiracy on HKU5 Variant
The American microbiologist Ralph Baric intervened to increase pandemic terrorism when at the beginning of March he published an article on the subject in the New York Times (Source 3 ) without obviously highlighting , as discovered by the IT consultant and valuable internet researcher of Gospa News in the investigations of the Wuhan-Gates cycle, that he himself had used that “new” viral strain HKU5 in a patent from way back in 2015.

Because of these conflicts of interest, shamefully ignored by the NYT despite the scientist’s bad reputation even in his attempts to conceal the artificial origin of SARS-Cov-2, later unmasked by the US Congress, we do not consider his biased writing worthy of analysis (well refuted by an investigation by Jim Haslam that we report among the links) while we focus on the patent, based on the 2014 research entitled “A Mouse Model for Betacoronavirus Subgroup 2c Using a Bat Coronavirus Strain HKU5 Variant – A mouse model for betacoronavirus subgroup 2c using a bat coronavirus strain HKU5 variant” (Source 5 ) .
« We report the synthetic reconstruction and testing of BtCoV HKU5 containing the spike (S) glycoprotein ectodomain of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS)-CoV (BtCoV HKU5-SE). This virus replicates efficiently in cell culture and in young and aged mice, where the virus targets airway and alveolar epithelial cells. »
The study culminated in the patent US9884895 with a very disturbing title: “Methods and Compositions for the Spike Proteins of a Chimeric Coronavirus” (source 6 ), that is, artificially constructed with laboratory bioengineering of which Baric, as we have seen in previous investigations, has become a world leader thanks to funding from the Pentagon’s military agency DARPA and the infamous virologist Anthony Fauci, former director of the American National Institute of Infectious Diseases (NIAID) now consultant to the Siena Biotechnology Center supported by Big Pharma GSK and Gates in synergy with the PNRR Plan of the Meloni Government.
The project, developed in the BSL-4 laboratories at Chapell Hill of the University of North Carolina, assumed considerable global importance as it allowed the construction of the chimeric antigen Spike HKU3 – Smix, obtained from a mix of coronaviruses highly selected for their virulence thanks to research conducted in bacteriological research centers opened around the world by the Pentagon and the CIA during the Obama-Biden administration.Baric’s Patent on the Chimerical Spike – source 6
The patent was filed in 2015 but updated in 2016 and 2018, when the tremendous Defuse study promoted by Baric and Fauci together with zoologist Peter Daszak appeared, a link between the NIH that financed it for decades and the Wuhan Institute of Virology where the Chinese Shi Zhengli works as director of the Center for Research on Infectious Diseases.
It should not be forgotten that WHO director Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, a puppet of Gates and Clinton, had the courage to appoint Daszak to the Commission charged with investigating the origins of SARS-Cov-2 in Wuhan in a shameful conflict of interest exposed first by Gospa News and then by various international newspapers…
Chimeric Spike Antigen HKU3 Smix in Project DEFUSE Rejected by Pentagon
As is known, the Defuse project was rejected even by the Pentagon’s military agency DARPA because it was considered too dangerous as a potential bioweapon.
Perhaps also because in 2018 Donald Trump became president of the USA and, unfortunately for Americans and for humanity as a whole, he did not pay adequate attention to the risky experiments conducted right under his nose, including the famous “recipe” for building a lethal Covid in the laboratory that we wrote about previously…
But it is enough to read some essential passages of the project by Daszak, Baric and Zhengli, developed under the aegis of Fauci, to understand the connection with the patent of the microbiologist from the University of North Carolina.

The Abstract of the research proposal states that: ” The lead organization, EcoHealth Alliance, will oversee all work. EHA staff will develop models to assess the likelihood of SARS-related CoV-specific spillover and identify the most effective strategy for administering both immune-boosting and immune-targeting inocula.”
Seven years have passed since the presentation of the Defuse Proposal, EcoHealthAlliance has seen all US government funding blocked , following the complaints of US Congressional committees on the shady role in the dangerous SARS experiments managed by Daszak with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Fauci and Baric , and it is therefore disconcerting that we are once again talking about spillover…
The HKU5 Viral Strain in the Synthetic Spike Built by Baric in 2015
On page 17 of the DEFUSE study project, here is the reference to the chimeric Spike antigen patented by Baric:
” We will generate WIV-Ssa and HKU3-S glycoprotein expression that will be validated by Western blot and vaccination of mice, allowing us to determine whether the recombinant protein elicits neutralizing antibodies that protect against lethal challenge by SARS-CoV and SHC014. We will generate sufficient material for in vivo testing in mice and bats. We will validate recombinant virus glycoprotein expression by Western blot and vaccination of mice, to determine whether the recombinant protein elicits neutralizing antibodies that protect against lethal challenge by SARS-CoV, HKU3-Smix, and SHCO14. We will examine RNAseq data for evidence of recombinant S glycoprotein gene RNA complexes in the genetic structure of the SARS-CoV population .”
The patent documents leave no room for doubt about the use of the “new” but in reality well-known viral strain HKU5: only now considered alarming by Chinese researchers in a very suspicious way given that they already knew about its dangerous virulence 11 years ago…FIG. 1. These researches are based on recombinant synthetic viruses, such as SARS-Cov-2 due to the HIV infection that began in 2004 in Wuhan , which are one of the bacteriological weapons developed by the US Pentagon and still remain “classified” (i.e. protected by national secrecy) as highlighted in our previous investigation on the JASON Group and in an exclusive document from the US Air Force.
If the mystification of the US-China conspiracy on the chimeric antigen Spike HKU3 Smix based on the strain contagious for humans HKU5 is therefore established, a suspicion emerges from the report on bacteriological weapons Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) of the United Kingdom…
In the very year 2018 in which the US Department of Defense rejected Daszak’s Defuse project, the Pentagon’s own military agency DARPA funded a mysterious research at the Pirbright Institute together with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation…
Too little to prove that the British research center, author of experiments on chicken coronaviruses, is another accomplice in the EU-USA-China construction of the Laboratory SARS-Cov-2. Enough to suspect it.
