The U.S War Department has announced  a strategic project which consists in merging USNORTHCOM and USSOUTHCOM both of which are defined as Combat Commands.

The merger consists in militarizing the entire Western hemisphere. 

It’s called US Americas Combat Command,  extending from Canada’s Northern territories in the Arctic to the tip of Argentina in South America and The Antartica.

Is this part of a U.S. Hegemonic Agenda which consists in imposing a “Combat Command” military entity at the level of the entire continent?

 It affects Canada’s relationship with the U.S.  

Are agreements or negotiations with independent nation states contemplated?

It’s a process of hegemonic intrusion, in derogation of international law.This imposed militarized  AMERICOM territory project indelibly constitutes an encroachment of the fundamental rights of more than 40 sovereign nation states in “Las Americas”
