Jared Kushner, Trump’s Board of Peace, and the transformation of Gaza into an investment opportunity

This is not our world, folks. It’s a world built for the rich.
What happened to Palestinians is a warning. Gaza is where power, money, surveillance, and violence have come together in the open, without shame. If a people can be bombed, starved, displaced, governed by gangs, and then have their land repackaged as a real estate opportunity, then no one should believe this system is protecting them.
We are all Palestinians now.
Donald Trump is not an outsider to this system. He is one of its beneficiaries. Jared Kushner is not a rogue figure. It is painful to see how many people are still duped into believing this is about peace, security, or some “ prophecy.” It is not. It is about control, profit, and power.
Before Jared Kushner stood on a stage in Davos to sell the future of Gaza, he was already involved in planning it behind closed doors.
On November 10, 2025, Kushner met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Israel to discuss future plans for Gaza and a U.S. backed ceasefire deal. Kushner holds no formal government position, yet he has acted as an adviser to U.S. Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff and has been deeply involved in Gaza discussions.
This is the same Kushner who has repeatedly described Gaza as having “very valuable” waterfront property.
At the same time, the United States was pushing for a UN Security Council resolution that would give a U.S. led body authority over Gaza and open the door to an international force. Publicly, this was framed as stability and reconstruction. According to Israeli reporting cited by Antiwar.com, privately a far more disturbing plan was being discussed.
That reporting states that U.S. and Israeli officials have been in contact with Israeli-backed militias operating in Gaza to “maintain order.” The largest of these groups is led by Yasser Abu Shabab, a gang leader who admitted to looting humanitarian aid trucks in 2024. Israeli officials and Israeli media have acknowledged that members of this gang have ties to ISIS.
This is not a minor detail.
According to Israeli reporting, Israel and the United States have considered relying on militias with ISIS connections to control Gaza.
The same governments that claim to be fighting terrorism are discussing the use of extremist linked gangs to police a civilian population. This is not peacekeeping. It is outsourcing control to criminals and knowingly creating conditions for Palestinians to be turned against one another.

Kushner and Netanyahu also reportedly discussed allowing reconstruction only in Israeli controlled areas of Gaza as leverage to force Hamas to disarm. Reconstruction, in this framework, becomes a weapon. Comply and rebuild. Resist and remain in ruins.
And then came Davos.
On January 22, 2026, just days after these discussions, Jared Kushner stood before the World Economic Forum and spoke without visible emotion about zoning Gaza, clearing rubble, attracting private investors, and creating a “New Gaza.” He talked about “demolition” and “workforce housing” while Gaza was still being bombed.
He did not acknowledge the children who had died or how they died. Gaza was presented as a business opportunity, not a human catastrophe.
The Financial Times later confirmed that Kushner is promoting a $30 billion redevelopment plan for Gaza. It is a serious financial project discussed openly among global elites.
Where others see mass graves and families buried under concrete, Jared sees dollar signs.
Earlier, Kushner praised the “very valuable” potential of Gaza’s beachfront during a talk at Harvard. The implication is clear: once the people are removed, resistance broken, and governance outsourced, the land becomes profitable.
Palestinians recognized this immediately. Dr. Rahmeh Aladwan called the plan repulsive, saying it is being built on the bodies of Palestinians and their children. Moayed Harazen said plainly that Palestinians do not want a polished Gaza built by those who destroyed it, or a Gaza treated as land without people.
Analysts across the political spectrum echoed the warning.
Middle East Eye reported that Kushner’s Davos slides erase Palestinian culture entirely, replacing it with Gulf style skyscrapers and tourist districts. British-Israeli analyst Daniel Levy called it disaster capitalism. Palestinian analyst Abed Abou Shhadeh compared it directly to Naomi Klein’s Shock Doctrine, where mass trauma becomes an opportunity for elites to seize land and rights. Historian Avi Shlaim called the plan obscene, noting its total denial of Palestinian agency.
Beneath the glossy renderings lies something even more dangerous.
Reporting shows that the plan emphasizes data centers, smart city infrastructure, and technocratic governance. Related proposals include tightly controlled “planned communities” built on the ruins of Rafah, where residents would be subjected to biometric checks and constant vetting.
This is why critics warn of a digital prison. A system where housing, movement, aid, and work are controlled through surveillance and compliance.

This is where the religious hypocrisy of evangelicals becomes impossible to ignore.
While Noahide academies train judges for a future hierarchical order, and while figures like Amir Tsarfati and Jack Hibbs point to “Greater Israel” maps and call them Jesus’ earthly kingdom, ( Lie Behind the Greater Israel Map), Jared Kushner is preparing the real estate portfolio for that so called kingdom. Luxury towers. Controlled populations. Guaranteed returns. Jesus is welcome to return, it seems, as long as the skyline is profitable.
This is the kingdom Jesus refused.
What we are witnessing is not prophecy but corporate empire management. When governments talk about order while discussing ISIS linked militias, when reconstruction of Gaza is conditioned on submission to digital surveillances, when boards filled with billionaires decide the fate of a trapped population, the mask is already off.
And if Gaza can be turned into a Riviera after genocide , then the lesson is clear: in this system, human lives mean absolutely nothing.
That is why what happened to Palestinians matters to everyone. Because once rulers show you what they are willing to do to one people, it is only a matter of time before they do it again.
